Curt is a former Department of Defense (Office of the Secretary of Defense) senior executive with a wide range of experience, including enterprise business operations and reform, strategic planning, performance improvement, and enterprise risk management. Prior to his Federal service as a senior executive, Curt supported the countering weapons of mass destruction and nuclear enterprise missions of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Curt served over 20 years in the United States Army.
